What is collected
The inquiry form stores your name, email, practice or professional role, location, service interest, and the general details you choose to provide. Basic activity events record the event name, page, procedure selection, and time. They do not contain your conversation text.
Voice and questions
Typed questions and voice audio are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. This site does not save conversation transcripts in its inquiry database. Please avoid patient information, medical records, and other sensitive personal information. AI-generated voice is disclosed before use.
Use and access
Inquiries are stored for founding-program follow-up. Authorized company operators can access submissions. Where a company CRM is configured, inquiry details are also sent there. This site does not sell inquiry details or enroll patients into care.
Requests about your information
Use the founding inquiry form to request access or deletion, using the same email address as your original inquiry. Do not include medical information.
Clinical information
This is a service-information site. It is not a clinical record system, a channel for emergency care, or a place to seek patient-specific medical guidance.
